Mystic School website privacy
This website can be explored without creating an account.
What this website stores
If you choose to save an intention, action, lesson progress or reflection, they stay in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to Mystic School or synced to Mystic. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them. Shared devices can expose locally saved text, so avoid sensitive information.
Other destinations
The Mystic app is covered by the app notice below. Links to the existing member portal, course checkout and YouTube open separate services with their own privacy terms. Vercel hosting may process technical request information. This website adds no marketing tracking or email capture.
Who runs this website
Mystic School’s new website is published by BGAI Ventures LLC. For privacy questions or requests, email legal@askrajgpt.com. We cannot retrieve notes stored only in your browser. If you email us, your message and contact details are used to respond to your request.
Mystic app privacy notice
Version 2026-10-24. This section covers Mystic on iOS, Android and the web app, including accounts, Misty AI, subscriptions and your private device records.
Who operates Mystic
Mystic is operated by BGAI Ventures LLC. Our public support and privacy requests use the existing company mailboxes support@askrajgpt.com and legal@askrajgpt.com. Our business postal address is 2401 NE 65th St, #208, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, United States. This notice covers Mystic, not the different data practices of our other products.
Your chart and private reflections
Birth date, recorded time, selected city or manually entered coordinates, spiritual-reflection answers, journal entries, intentions, personal daily actions and their timing/backup plans, solar-return locations and yearly birthday notes, private relationship comparisons (including the other person’s birth details supplied with permission), saved three-card spreads, reading history, cosmic ritual history, calendar time-zone/hemisphere preferences and practice progress are stored in this app or browser on your device. Current Mystic chart calculations and authored reflections run on the device. Signing in does not upload or sync those records. Birth and return city searches use a bundled location directory; it does not request your current GPS location.
Keep your device secure. Other people using the same browser profile or an unlocked device may be able to read its saved data. Device or operating-system backups may contain app data under your own backup settings.
If you choose an account
Where accounts are connected, Supabase, with Resend delivering verification and recovery messages, processes your email, password, account identifier, authentication/session information, and your adult and policy acknowledgments to create, verify and secure the account. Your password is handled by the authentication provider and is not written into your Mystic journal or product event log. Account actions can send confirmation or password-recovery email. Account signup is not permission to send marketing.
When accounts are disconnected, no credentials are collected. Account availability is shown in the signup screen. Native sessions use iOS Keychain or Android Keystore-backed storage; account credentials are not included in journal exports. You can use the current free experience without creating an account.
Hosting and technical information
The website and online account endpoints use Vercel hosting and Supabase authentication. Online requests expose standard technical information such as IP address, request time and browser/network information to those providers for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The bundled native experience can read its included content without fetching the website. Local activity events contain only action names, timestamps and public content identifiers. Optional product measurement is off by default. You may choose Basic usage sharing in Your space. Opening the explanation, onboarding or account creation does not enable sharing. With consent, a random usage identifier, random session and event identifiers, action names, broad screen and feature categories, finite onboarding and upgrade steps, platform, build and server timestamps are sent to Supabase. The random identifier links counts on this installation and to your account if you sign in; this is pseudonymous measurement, not a promise of anonymity. Verified membership observations distinguish production and sandbox access, without payment credentials. These records support a private owner dashboard of feature use, ordered flow drop-off, returning-user cohorts and upgrade entry points. No birth details, signs, relationship data, journal text, private intentions, photos, invitation codes or Misty messages are included. The dashboard contains aggregate counts, not conversation replay or individual activity timelines. Records are removed with hourly cleanup within 90 days. Turning sharing off stops new collection immediately on this installation and requests deletion of collected usage; if offline, the interface shows deletion pending and retries when the same account reconnects. Account deletion also removes linked analytics. Earlier local history is never uploaded. You can keep using Mystic without sharing usage.
Optional daily and cosmic-calendar local reminders are scheduled on your phone only after you choose Enable and grant system permission. Cosmic reminders cover a rolling 120-day window, refreshed when you open or resume Mystic; you choose lunar/seasonal events and may separately opt into symbolic numerology dates. You can turn them off without changing your daily ritual reminder. All-day calendar exports require you to import the file and choose any calendar-app notifications yourself. Their lock-screen text does not include your chart, intentions or conversations. Native purchases, when enabled, use RevenueCat with your account identifier and store transaction/entitlement information to validate access; full card/payment credentials are handled by Apple or Google, not Mystic. The current build has no advertising SDK, cross-app advertising tracking, remote session replay or uploaded journal analytics. No optional marketing email or push subscription is enabled by an app signup.
Misty, astrology and audio
Written Misty reflections use original authored text selected on your device. Connected Misty chat uses Anthropic, an AI provider. Before a conversation, you must agree to send your question and recent conversation for processing. Separately, you may include your intention, known Sun, Moon and Rising signs, and archetype title. Your raw birth date, time, birthplace, complete quiz answers and journal are not automatically included. You can decline AI sharing and keep using written reflections, chart calculations and practices. Conversation history is stored on this device separately by account. Mystic stores account-linked request timestamps and allowance counts, without chat text, for up to 35days to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse. Explicit reports store the reply and details you submit for up to 35days, or until earlier account deletion, except required legal or security retention. Anthropic processes API inputs under its commercial terms and retention policies; standard API inputs and outputs may be retained for up to 30days, with exceptions such as abuse investigation or legal requirements. We do not claim zero provider retention.
Optional instrumental soundscapes use composed loops with synthesized atmosphere; these start only with a practice you choose to play. Recorded practice audio may be AI-narrated and is labelled in the player. Device narration reads authored practice scripts through the device or browser speech service; voice availability and processing depend on your system. Narration starts when you choose play and can be turned off. Your private journal is not part of a practice script.
Personal vision boards
Vision board names, intentions, affirmations, photos, scene captions, drafts and saved action observations stay on this device. Adding a photo resizes and re-encodes its pixels locally; Mystic does not upload the image or preserve its original photo metadata. Signing in does not back up or sync boards. People using the same unlocked device or browser profile may see them.
One board with the Moonlight theme is free. Additional boards and premium themes require a fresh account-linked subscription check. Previously saved boards remain readable and editable if a membership ends; creating another board or choosing a new premium theme needs active Plus access. If you choose to bring a board to Misty, its intention, affirmation and the current challenge are copied to an editable question. Nothing is sent until you explicitly send that question with AI-sharing consent. Photos and saved win descriptions are never attached.
Sharing and exports
Reading and archetype share cards contain public artwork and authored words. Vision board cards start with general wording and Mystic artwork; you can explicitly choose to include your board name, personal intention or photos. Review the exact image before sharing. Birth inputs, quiz answers, saved win descriptions, personal questions and journals are excluded. Your device sharing chooser controls the destination. A download or share handoff does not verify a social-media post.
Export my Mystic data is different: that file includes your private records, saved relationship comparisons including both birth records, and saved vision board photos. Export only to a destination you trust. Misty chat is not included in the general journal export. You can review or clear a conversation within Misty. Native exports use a temporary app-cache file which the app attempts to remove after the chooser closes. Copies you save or send are controlled by you and the recipient.
Connections you choose
Pairing with a partner, friend, family member or work partner uses an online invitation. Before creating or accepting it, you choose a shared display name and whether to share your known Sun, Moon, Rising, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn signs. Older connection versions share only Sun, Moon and Rising. Only those sign labels are uploaded, never your exact birth date, time or place. Once accepted, the other person sees that shared profile and the dates and activities you explicitly confirm as shared rituals. Invitations reveal only whether they are available and the chosen relationship type, expire after seven days and can be accepted once. Keep invitation links private; anyone you send one to may accept it. You can withdraw your chart signs or remove the connection in Connections. Removing a connection deletes its shared profiles and check-ins for both people. Account deletion also removes connected pair records. Check-ins are removed by a daily cleanup after their 35-day calendar window; expired, unaccepted invitations are removed within eight days after expiry. Shared names and sign labels are not copied into public share images.
Private circles, by choice
When Together is enabled, private circles store the circle name and purpose, chosen shared profiles and chart-sign labels, membership roles, invitation records, shared ritual check-ins, messages and reactions, event agendas and RSVPs in Supabase. Your exact birth record, private journal and private Misty conversations are not included. Before joining or editing a shared profile you choose what the circle may see. A valid invitation preview reveals the circle name, purpose and inviter’s chosen display name, without revealing the member roster or chart details. Invitations are single-use, expire after seven days and can be revoked.
Leaving or removal deletes your shared profile, messages, reactions, check-ins and RSVPs from that circle. A report preserves only relevant shared content and identifying context in a private moderator inbox for up to 35 days, with hourly cleanup, even if membership or an account is removed. Reports hide the reported content for the reporter immediately; designated human moderators can resolve reports, hide content for everyone and restrict posting. Requests use short-lived keyed account or network hashes to limit abuse; request-budget records expire after an hour. Reports and moderation decisions are not public. Block ends shared memberships between the accounts. Removing shared chart signs removes them from the current circle view. Previously seen or exported information cannot be recalled. Earned connection keepsakes use an account-linked inviter/invitee activity record to prevent duplicate awards, without granting subscription or AI access. Public constellation images contain only a star count, anonymous star layout and authored Mystic wording. Calendar exports of private gatherings contain the event title, time and agenda, so review the destination before sharing. The fictional example circle does not send messages or invitations; changes in that example are discarded when you leave or reload it. Misty group readings require separate, revocable member consent before shared sign counts and the circle purpose are sent to Anthropic. Names, shared intentions, exact birth records and private notes are excluded. Saved group reflections are visible to current circle members. Changing a shared profile, consent, membership or owner retires the saved reflection. Reporting a reading hides it pending review. Generation is limited across the owner’s circles and does not use your private Misty reply allowance. Public communities are not enabled in this release.
Your Orbit, shared rounds and host workspaces
When these features are enabled, Your Orbit uses your circle membership and minimal post identifiers to show new shared content. Mystic stores the individual post identifiers you have seen, associated with your circle membership, and the time of that acknowledgment. Viewing an update strip or fetching a post does not mark the whole circle read. These operational records are separate from optional analytics and are not displayed to other members as read receipts. They are removed when the related post or your circle membership is deleted.
Circle Round stores an authored prompt, its circle date and time zone, and the circle posts that members deliberately contribute in response. You can read without responding. Sharing from your daily experience starts with a blank draft and names the audience; your private journal and daily action are not automatically posted. Circle responses use the same removal, blocking, reporting and moderation controls as other circle posts.
A host workspace profile is visible to that circle and is self-described. It contains a chosen name, bio, modality, source time zone and public support email. Saving a profile creates a circle post containing those shared fields, so the profile can be reported and moderated. Earlier profile posts remain in the circle until removed by their author or through moderation. Workspace access does not reveal members’ private birth records, journals or Misty conversations. The workspace pilot does not enable paid bookings, marketplace payments or group AI.
Practitioner programs and gathering series
When the connected studio is enabled, a practitioner’s reusable program library is stored in Supabase with their account identifier, program names, descriptions, session text and update times. Library drafts are private to their author. Sharing a program creates a separate circle copy and reportable session posts visible to current circle members. Members choose whether to share a session check-in; private journal content is not uploaded automatically. Shared check-ins use the existing circle deletion, reporting and blocking controls.
Deleting a private library draft does not delete copies already shared with a circle. Hosts can archive a shared program, which removes it from the active program view while leaving its shared posts and check-ins in Activity. An author can remove their own shared posts through the circle controls. Subscription expiry does not prevent deleting a private draft or archiving a hosted program. Account deletion removes the account’s private program library and assignments linked to its circle membership, subject to the shared-content and moderation retention described here.
Recurring gathering setup stores the event title, agenda, source time zone and individual scheduled dates, with reportable source posts for generated gatherings. Event invitations and calendar exports use the existing circle controls. The studio does not automatically send reminders or collect card details, booking payments or practitioner payouts.
Retention and deletion
Local records stay until you erase Mystic data, clear browser/app storage or remove the app, subject to your device backup settings. Erase Mystic data removes the app's state, recovery copies, drafts, local event history and bonus records from this installation. It does not remove copies already exported or sent to another app, device backups, or your online account.
When an account is connected, Delete account removes the verified authentication account and its linked profile/access records and linked legacy quiz-session content, Misty usage records and account-linked AI reports. Together memberships, messages, reactions, check-ins, RSVPs, blocks and connection-reward records linked to that account are also removed; circles owned by the deleted account are deleted for all members. Transfer ownership before deleting if you want a circle to continue. Group abuse reports and decision records retain relevant context for up to 35 days after creation, with hourly cleanup, after removal of the reporter’s account identifier. Identifier-free daily service counters remain to prevent abuse; they contain no account identifier or message. Device removal is confirmed separately as part of that action. It does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Legally necessary transaction records, provider security logs and independent prior communications may require separate retention or handling. Contact the privacy mailbox for a request involving those records; access is verified before processing. Provider backups age out under their retention schedules rather than being instantly removed from every backup.
Your choices and requests
You can inspect and change your profile, export device records, erase this device's Mystic data, sign out and, where connected, delete your account from Your space. Send questions or access/correction/deletion requests to legal@askrajgpt.com. We verify requests and respond within the deadlines that apply in your location. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
Adults and changes
Mystic is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact the privacy mailbox so we can investigate and remove it. A self-declaration is not independent age verification.
The version date above identifies this notice. Material changes to data use will be explained before new collection or sharing is enabled. New launch territories and services require a fresh review of the rules that apply there.
